To ensure you get the most out of your QUTOOL pillow, we recommend following these care instructions: 1) Remove the pillow from the packaging, allow it to take shape, and fluff it up; 2) Machine wash or hand wash the outer cover and hang it to dry; 3) Every 3-4 weeks, tumble dry the pillow on low for 5-10 minutes to maintain its shape and texture; 4) Do not machine wash the shredded memory foam directly - only the pillowcase.
